Includes the ICON workout of the day and other high-level competitive training pieces such as gymnastic, aerobic capacity, and strongman/grunt work. Designed for CrossFit Sanctional and CrossFit Games competitors. Requires at least 2 hours of training a day with 5 working days a week.
