We have often done podcasts answering questions on programming and how we have the approach of “less being more” and intensity. This week Doug and Chris dive deeper into what this really means and how they program for power output which creates intensity. Simple adjustments or subtleties can make a workout have a much different stimulus. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but something we need to be aware of.
