Programming for CrossFit has morphed into a number of different options or methods but our typical “periodization” is something that we may need to think twice about with a different structure for the Games.  AND, even if you don’t have any aspirations of going to the Games it’s something you should pay attention to.  Doug and Chris talk through their outlook on having a “ready state” program and what their goals are and why they program they way they do with Icon.  Plus, one uppers, wedding pet peeves, and is a pumpkin a fruit or vegetable?
