I have been looking forward to this conversation for a long time. Always been a bit skeptical as to the aerobic work and how it can help CrossFit workouts. I know it’s a part of it and for some athletes time is needed working these time domains and monostructural movements. Chris elaborates on why he believes it is important and in my opinion hits the nail on the head when he talks about pacing. Great conversation with one smart dude… look forward to another one.
